The WPC Decking Extrusion Line is designed for producing WPC decking, panels, door and window profiles and other wood-plastic composite products. The complete line integrates a conical twin-screw extruder, customized die mould, vacuum calibration table, cutting machine and stacker, providing stable extrusion, precise profile shaping and efficient production. For the standard configuration, the line uses an SJSZ65/138 conical twin-screw extruder with a 45 kW motor, with a typical output of 150–250 kg/h.
WPC decking is widely used for outdoor terraces, balconies, gardens, walkways and commercial spaces. Its resistance to moisture, insects and weathering makes it a durable alternative to traditional wood decking.
WPC cladding can be used for exterior and interior wall decoration. It provides a wood-like appearance while offering good moisture resistance and low maintenance requirements.
WPC fencing profiles are suitable for residential, commercial and landscaping applications, providing a durable and low-maintenance alternative to conventional wood fencing.
The extrusion line can produce various WPC door and window profiles according to customized die designs and product requirements.
With customized moulds, the line can also produce WPC skirting, decorative profiles, railing components and other wood-plastic composite profiles.

The automatic feeding system continuously supplies the WPC raw material to the extruder, helping maintain stable and consistent material feeding during production.
The conical twin-screw extruder is designed for efficient mixing, plasticization and extrusion of wood-plastic composite materials. The high-efficiency screw and barrel provide stable material conveying and uniform plasticization.
The extruder is equipped with a hardened gearbox with a self-lubricating system. A Siemens standard motor and Siemens inverter can be configured for reliable drive performance and precise speed control. Siemens PLC control or conventional button control is available according to customer requirements.
The die mould is customized according to the cross-sectional shape and dimensions of the WPC decking or profile.
An optimized flow channel helps achieve uniform melt distribution and stable extrusion. The heating and temperature control system provides precise control of the melt temperature, helping improve product dimensional consistency and surface quality.
The vacuum calibration table is used to shape and cool the extruded WPC profile immediately after the die.
The calibration table is manufactured from 304 stainless steel for good corrosion resistance and durability. A stable vacuum system helps maintain the required profile dimensions, while the circulating cooling water provides efficient and uniform cooling.
The calibration tooling can be customized according to different WPC profile designs.
The cutting machine cuts the continuously extruded WPC profile to the required length.
The cutting system is designed for accurate and clean cutting with low operating noise. A dust and scrap collection system can be configured according to the product and production requirements.
The automatic or semi-automatic stacker collects and supports the finished WPC profiles after cutting, making the production process more convenient and organized.
