The extruder of PVC PVC Crust Foam Board Production Line adopts high efficiency screw & barrel, notched feeding cylinder and is equipped with strong water jacket cooler, which greatly improves its transmission capacity and guarantees high-efficiency extrusion. the gearbox is hardening teeth gearbox with self-lubrication system. The motor adopts Siemens standard motor and speed controlled by ABB inverter. The control system adopts Siemens PLC control or button control. |

3. Vacuum Calibration platform
The shaping table is made of 304 stainless steel, and the main shaping part is made of materials such as brass, steel or aluminum to reduce wear and chrome plating. High-precision high-quality water ring vacuum pump ensures a stable vacuum environment. The cooling is realized by a water bath, the cooling and heating are uniform, and the production process is simple and convenient. |
