The 110–315mm HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line is designed for stable and efficient production of HDPE pipes. With precise sizing and reliable extrusion performance, it is suitable for water supply, drainage, irrigation, gas and industrial applications.
It is mainly used for the production of agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, cable laying,etc. and plastic PVC pipes of various pipe diameters and wall thicknesses. The unit consists of a conical (parallel) twin-screw extruder, a vacuum setting table, a tractor, a cutting machine, a stacking rack, etc. and all of them are high-quality products.The tractor has two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw and other traction types.

1.Single Screw Extruder
The HDPE pipe extrusion line adopts a high-efficiency screw and barrel, a grooved feeding section and a powerful water-jacket cooling system, providing high extrusion capacity and stable material conveying. The extruder is equipped with a hardened gearbox with a self-lubricating system, a Siemens standard motor and an ABB inverter for precise speed control. The control system can be configured with Siemens PLC control or conventional button control according to customer requirements.
2.Die Head
The HDPE pipe die head features an optimized flow channel design to ensure uniform melt distribution and stable, high-capacity extrusion. The optimized heating and flow channel system provides precise melt temperature control and helps achieve consistent pipe wall thickness and surface quality.
3.Vacuum calibration tank
The vacuum calibration tank features a two-chamber structure integrating vacuum sizing and initial cooling. Both the vacuum tank and cooling spray tanks are made of high-quality 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. A stable vacuum system ensures precise pipe sizing, while the automatic water temperature control system provides reliable and intelligent cooling performance.
4.Cooling Spray Tank
The cooling spray tank is designed for efficient and uniform cooling of HDPE pipes after vacuum calibration. Multiple spray nozzles provide continuous and evenly distributed cooling water around the pipe, helping maintain stable pipe dimensions and improving cooling efficiency. The tank is made of 304 stainless steel and can be configured with automatic water temperature control according to production requirements.
5.Haul-off Unit
Far Creative offers different haul-off configurations to match various pipe sizes and production speeds. Depending on the application, the haul-off can be equipped with a single motor drive or independent motor drives for each caterpillar, providing stable and precise pipe pulling. Belt-type haul-off units are also available for specific pipe applications. For large diameter HDPE pipes, a pipe winch device can be added to reduce material waste during production.
6.Cuttter
The HDPE pipe cutter features a high-speed and precise cutting system for clean and accurate pipe cutting with low operating noise. A powerful scrap suction system collects cutting waste efficiently, helping keep the production area clean and reducing maintenance requirements.
